Things I Learned in Boston

1. Boston appears clean and cultured, safe and historic.

2. A 600 sq ft condo in downtown costs $500,000.

3. Downtown parking is $9/hr!!

4. Halifax is like a Boston wannabe that will neverbe. Similar things: narrow streets, a Commons, a Public Garden, lots of universities.

5. You don't need a car in Boston, it is "America's walking city"

6. Harvard has A LOT of money. And if they accept you, it would be hard to turn down. I couldn't resist buying a Harvard zip-up. You could put an H on anything and sell it.

7. Harvard does not allow you to enter is library, buildings, without being a Harvard student or staff.

8. If you blew up a billiard ball to the size of the earth, it would have peaks and valleys 6 times the height of Mt. Everest.

9. It took 10 years for a group of scientists to build a sphere that was so smooth if you blew it up to the size of the earth, the peaks and valleys would only be 3 meteres high and deep.

10. People who go to Harvard and MIT are just normal people.
